Refunds and Exchanges

We cannot offer refunds on preordered items, however once you have received your order, if an item is deemed faulty, or it is not what you had in mind, we will happily exchange it for you, or offer a refund at our own discretion.

Ultimately we want to provide the best customer service we can, and will go out of our way to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Any fees associated with Afterpay or Zippay payments will not be refunded.
